Speed & Power Development for Explosive Athletes

Sprint faster. Jump higher. Throw harder. Swing with more pop.
Built for athletes who win with speed, power, and quickness — on the track, in the field, or at the plate. It comes down to having the right training content, the types of workouts, and when certain content and workouts are done.

I know first hand as a former collegiate sprinter and jumper what this training can do, taking large chunks of seconds off sprint times and adding feet to jump distances season after season. As a coach, I’ve seen athletes improve year over year, some setting school and state records, and others making it to D1 colleges.

Baseball players, become a 5 tool player! Players are seeing their throwing and bat exit velocities increase 3-4mph within 2-3 months just changing their strength and conditioning programming. Baseball players should be training the same as sprinters; that is the game - brief ballistic movements hitting and throwing with occasional short sprints. Taking those same principles from track and applying them to baseball, I’ve developed a program that will help improve speed and power in the game.

Coaches, we can take a look at your practice schedule and programming to help you better develop athletes with speed and power. See athletes set new PRs and create 5 tool players. Stop giving them conditioning that actually hurts their performance metrics.

Performance Callouts

Track Metrics 🏃🏻‍♂️

Metric Target How We Get There
